Sub-community homes do not adhere to the master association paint palette. Please see your sub-community governing documents.
The goal of the CC&R's for the community is to ensure our neighborhoods maintain a consistent appearance as time goes by. The allowed paint schemes were last updated in November 2016. While the new colors allow for a significant increase in variety, the location of the body and trim colors are regulated to their assignment and not interchangeable with other areas. In other words, you cannot swap a body color with a door color.
You may view the current paint schemes on the Dunn Edwards website.
Do not attempt to color match colors displayed on the Dunn Edwards website. Instead, refer to the color names and numbers when ordering paint. You may obtain official color swatches from our property manager, Kamin Havens 480-354-1236, the Dunn Edwards store, or Ace Hardware for color-matching.
You are required to first submit an Architectural Change Request to the HOA Board for approval before painting, regardless of the colors you choose (even if your house's existing colors). If you have any questions, please contact our property manager, Kamin Havens, at 480-354-1236.
The original color palettes, specific to each of 14 parcels, are still in effect and may be used. In the aerial map below, click on your house to see the color schemes used by the builder that initially built the home. Each area is called a "parcel." Paint schemes differ between parcels.
