Board and Committee Candidate Qualifications

An interest in serving the community

A committment to uphold the CC&R's of Augusta Ranch

An ability to listen and make informed decisions

A time committment to attend regulary scheduled evening Board meetings and additional time to participate at the committee level

An ability to communicate with other homeowners

All candidates must be confirmed owners of a unit in the association or qualify as a candidate based on the association's documents provisions that may allow someone who is a representative of an owner to be elected to a board. See related sections in your Association Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, and CC&R's.
Board Candidate Instructions

Ensure you meet the qualifications listed above

Select "Board Candidate" in the "Subject" field and complete the rest of the form

Elections are held every year in May at the Annual Meeting for any vacancies

The "Biography" and "Name" sections of the web form below will be included in a ballot mailed to the entire community
Special Committee Candidate Instructions

Ensure you meet the qualifications listed above

Select "Committee Candidate" in the "Subject" field and complete the rest of the form

Put any additional comments/skills/etc you would like the board to know of in the "Additional Info" field

The board will contact you if an opportunity to serve on a special committee arises
